Malawi Talent Fund (MTF) was founded in 2015 to implement a strategy for economic sustainment through job creation and personal development, breaking the dependence on foreign aid in Malawi Africa.

Our primary objectives are:

  • Job creation through sustainable, profitable businesses

  • Underpin the Great Commission through the local churches

We are a registered, 501.c.3 US-based organization with three primary functions:

  1. Raise capital funds to be used to create businesses in Malawi

  2. Oversee and manage—through metrics—the distribution and effective utilization of the capital funds

  3. End-to-end operational oversight of MTF created businesses

Malawi Talent Fund will focus on businesses that can scale, with the potential to employ hundreds—if not thousands—of people in Malawi. MTF is seeking investors to provide capital through donations in $1,000 increments, called talents. Our Phase One capital goal of $200,000 and Phase Two capital goal of $300,000 have been achieved thanks to many faithful investors. We are currently beginning the Phase Three capital campaign with a goal of $300,000.

With the completion of our Phase One and Phase Two investments campaigns, we have created a Malawi Corporation called “L2 Limited”. L2 Limited is a commercial farm that employees hundreds of workers transforming an entire community in Zomba, Malawi.
